The Essist IT Service Catalogue covers a broad array of 1st level and 2nd level support solutions for a wide range of Technical System platforms (e.g. IBM i5, Windows, Linux, etc.) and for Business Technical Application solutions as e.g. Movex, SAP, and so on. We can provide both for IT and Business applications!

The services and support options are both delivered in a flexible and cost transparent manner. They are designed so that they can be additional competences and skills to add to your own competences or they can replace existing obligations and release in-house staff to concentrate on more productive duties.

A good example could be the sourcing of 1st level Helpdesk or Service desk so that in-house teams can get on with, say, new release roll-outs whilst the SMART-sourced team looks after the business as usual. In choosing to outsource, say, 1st level services Essist can provide a service that covers from normal office hours, through just unsocial hours right on up to full 24 x 7 all year round cover. …and the service does not have to lock you in for long periods either. It could, for instance, be contracted just to cover a 6 month period whilst a new upgrade is rolled out.

Uniquely, Essist always provides a ‘Transition-In’ plan (the way you can take the service back in-house) as we develop the ‘Transition-out’ plan (the managed steps to move the service out to us) so that you have a clear way to take back control at any time.

Essist adopts standard process alignment with the ITIL framework and this can then be applied to your own in-house processes if required when you take the service back in-house.

This is just one example; Essist IT Service catalogue also includes agreements giving you access to senior 2nd level competences for all Technical System (infrastructure), Tools (Utilities), and Technical Business application solutions. That could mean integrated 1st line and 2nd line teams looking after your Hardware, Support and Applications but it could equally mean just access to any one of these competencies over either an agreed period or on-demand.
